a team of expert designers, and researchers
?????* Support top enterprises along their journey of
experimentation and growth
?????* Develop growth strategies and experimentation backlogs for
our new and existing clients
?????* Support our delivery in the realization of your strategies
and ideas
?????* Establish research and best-practices in the areas of
growth design and artificial intelligence
?????* Develop training programs based on what we learn for other
agencies and practitioners

pieces fit together
?????* Passionate about your craft, with a deep user empathy

?????* Expert knowledge of design tools (Sketch, Figma, InDesign,

?????* Formal training in Design, Psychology, or HCI
?????* Agency experience a plus
?????* Basic knowledge of experimentation and experiment design a
